Mainstreet Host built our web site two years ago and last year I added Text Marketing. My salesman, Doug called me and asked if I was familiar with Face Book and Twitter. I had heard of it but knew nothing about it, Doug explained that it is the hottest thing on the internet and has become an inexpensive way for businesses to advertise and reach unlimited customers. Mainstreet Host now manages my Facebook and Twitter for me. I email my specials for the week, I attached photos of events we have hosted and they post everything for me. I am amazed at how many businesses are currently on Facebook. I have customers that call and asked me questions about upcoming events that have been posted on our Facebook page.

When I first received a call from Mainstreet 5 months ago, I was unsure if it was someone selling me something I did not need. We took the trial run and were pleased by the results. From the first time, a few years ago, that we used the services of Main Street Host, our business has improved vastly! In my business, Purrfurdots Ocicats, I raise Ocicats. They are a wild looking spotted breed of domestic cat. I have bred Ocicats for over 21 years now. Raising a breed of cats has always been a life long passion, but one is always faced with placing kittens in a timely fashion. Before I procured the services of Main Street Host, kitten sales were very slow. Sometimes my kittens were many months old before I could finally place them. I spent quite a bit of funds on lots of different types of advertising, but sales remained slow. I can't say that now! Most of my kittens are sold way before they are born! Our company is very unique in that we have developed a Floral Preservation system that will dry flowers within three to five days. The results are incredible because the flowers haven't had time to deteriorate. It allows Moms and Dads the opportunity to stay home and be Moms and Dads. In the winter of 2005 I partnered with Fly and Field Outfitters. My first project was redesigning flyandfield.com so that our customers could find us. The site was adequate; just hidden deep within the search engines. Any improvement was welcome.
